EDRO to Display Advanced Control Technology at Clean Show

May 5, 2009 -- EAST BERLIN, CT.  At the upcoming Clean Show (World Education Congress for Laundering and Drycleaning) to be held June 18 - 21 in New Orleans, EDRO Corporation will be displaying advancements in the company's control and drive technology.  On display will be DynaWash^® washer-extractors now featuring the latest in human machine interface (HMi) devices. Human Machine Interface technology allows the DynaTrol HMi touch screen control to interact with the user for the most specific wash programming, simplest operator interface, and full array of owner / supervisor productivity reporting.  In addition, integrated ozone control provides for maximum safety and ease of use of the powerful DynOzone cleaning feature.  The new inverter with single motor drive will be on display on a large capacity three pocket washer-extractor.  The new drive setup eliminates 75% of drive components as compared to multi motor/clutch/gear configurations, while increasing the washer's available speeds to the fully programmable makeup of the machine's control.  Utilizing many of the programmable inverter drive inputs to produce an array of jog, wash, drain, distribution and extract output speeds, the machine can be tailored to exact customer laundering requirements.  The soft start technology of the inverter greatly reduces peak amperage demand during starts, stops, acceleration and deceleration while lowering normal operating running draw.
