2009-2010 Product Catalog features Advanced Control Technology

January 23, 2009 -- EAST BERLIN, CT.  EDRO Corporation announces the release of its 2009-2010 product catalog featuring the company's latest product developments.  Advancements in control and drive technology highlight the product lineup.  DynaWash^® washer-extractors now feature the latest in human machine interface (HMi) devices. Based on Human Machine Interface technology, the DynaTrol HMi touch screen control allows for the most specific wash programming, simplest operator interface, and full array of owner / supervisor productivity reporting.  Plus, integrated ozone control provides for maximum safety and ease of use of the powerful DynOzone cleaning feature.

A new inverter with single motor drive is available on all end loading three pocket models. The new setup eliminates 75% of drive components as compared to multi motor/clutch/gear configurations, while increasing the washer's available speeds to the fully programmable makeup of the machine's control.  Utilizing many of the programmable inverter drive inputs to produce an array of jog, wash, drain, distribution and extract output speeds, the machine can be tailored to exact customer laundering requirements.  The soft start technology of the inverter greatly reduces peak amperage demand during starts, stops, acceleration and deceleration while lowering normal operating running draw.
