The EDRO Corporation announced today that it has
purchased several tumbler product designs for shipboard applications from
Alliance Laundry Systems LLC. The “M-Series” consist of a range of U.S. Navy shipboard approved tumbler dryer product designs for use in the
main ship laundries that had been marketed under the Cissell brand.
Edward S. Kirejczyk, III, EDRO Corporation’s President stated, “We are
pleased to have completed this acquisition as it further strengthens our
relationship with a key customer and positions us well for future growth
opportunities.”
