EDRO Introduces New 40-pound Capacity Washer-Extractor

December 1, 2004 -- EAST BERLIN, CT.  The EDRO Corporation introduces the next model in its OPL range of high speed open pocket rigid mount series: the NX40.  The new model features an industry leading 6.5 cubic foot basket, is equipped with a programmable computer control, single motor variable speed drive with a choice of four extract speeds up to 209G, manual soap chute with 5 ports for external chemical connections, and stainless steel finish.  The model is designed to fit through a standard 36" door without requiring removal of the door jam.  The machine can also be equipped with the company's revolutionary onboard ozone system, DynOzone - DynaWash Ozone System.

The Programmable Computer Control features WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) programming technology instead of complicated codes and comes standard with constant real-time display information of Temperature, Step and Program Time as well as Water Selection and Water Level status, Chemical and Auxiliary Signal status, Step Programmable Wash Cadence, Pause/Soak and optional Water Reuse and Ozone.  The control also features two operating modes through use of a Security Key-Switch, as well as a stand alone Manual Operation mode which allows for complete machine operation without programming.  In addition, during machine operation, Manual Over-rides of Hot and Cold Water, Drain, Heat, Rapid Step Advance and Step Time Adjustment are available.   The control memory includes 51 programs and the 38 factory loaded pre-programmed wash formulas can be edited at any time with use of the Security Key-Switch.
