For Immediate Release
Space and Water Saving Washers Aboard The World's Largest Ocean Liner

May 15, 2002 -- EAST BERLIN, CT.   The world re-known Cunard ocean liner, Queen Mary 2, currently under construction in the Alstom Chantiers de L'Atlantique shipyard in Sainte-Nazaire, France will be outfitted with industry leading space and water saving technology form EDRO Corporation. The compact design of the DynaWash machines allows for maximum wash capacity in a minimum amount of space.  The footprint of the large washers require approximately one third less floor space versus competitive machines.  This allows for more wash capacity in a smaller wash aisle space.

The DynaWash washer-extractors also feature computer controls capable of monitoring and directing fills and drains for use in combination with the ship's built in water re-use system.  The integrated water reuse system is designed to save approximately 25 to 30% of water consumption.  The wash aisle is capable of producing over 3,000-pounds capacity per hour to serve the laundry and linen needs for over 2,600 guests.

The EDRO Corporation, located in East Berlin, CT USA, manufactures a complete range of Industrial Strength washer-extractors from 60 to 400-pound capacity and markets fast drying tumbler dryers from 80 to 190-pound capacity for all types of On-Premise Laundries.
