New EZ-Op Door
& Spring-Loaded Latch Assembly
August 15, 2001 -- EAST BERLIN, CT. The EDRO Corporation introduces a new spring loaded door latch design for the company's range of washer-extractors. The new door latch incorporates a fail safe locking mechanism and was designed with fewer parts to aid in machine maintenance. The triple safety locking feature includes a gravity activated locking pin, a proximity locating switch, and spring loaded door latching device.
The new EZ-Op door will be available on new machine production starting in September, 2001. The design is backwards compatible for field retrofits or replacement. Contact the customer service department at service@edrodynawash.com for ordering information.
